Tony Hartley - Director
Tony has been in the financial services industry for 20 years, 9 of which were with the ING Group where he held a number of senior executive roles (the latest of which was Executive Director of that firm's Advice Division) and participated in numerous Investment Committees. Prior to this, Tony developed an innovative life risk distribution business - Central Sourcing, operated as a Business Development Manager for AXA/National Mutual.
More recently Tony has been responsible for initiating a range of start-ups including: Proactive Portfolio's parent - the PHAROS Financial Group (Private Equity firm); Madison Financial Group (boutique financial services Dealership); MoneyMarket.com.au (online Term Deposit broker); and Falconidae Consulting (Merger, Acquisition and Divestment advice).
